A 20-year-old Tallaght man yesterday appeared in Dublin District Court, charged with raping a woman aged 18 in Tallaght on July 20th, 1998.
His solicitor, Mr Garrett Sheehan, said he wanted to see all the statements that were not included in the book of evidence. The State Solicitor said she did not know if there were any statements not in the book of evidence.
Judge William Hammill remanded the defendant in custody to September 6th.
