The death has taken place of Anne McGrath, née Russell, wife of the Dublin North Central TD Finian McGrath. She died yesterday at the Bon Secours Hospital in Glasnevin after a long illness.
In her early 50s, she was originally from Artane and worked as a school teacher in Darndale for many years. She is survived by daughters Caoimhe and Clíodhna.
Her removal to the Church of St Vincent de Paul, Marino, takes place at 5pm today. Her funeral takes place after 11.15am Mass on Monday.
