Electronics payments company Vesta Corporation announced today it has been chosen by Spanish operator Yoigo to deliver a new automated recharge service.

Vesta said its offering will allow Yoigo’s prepaid customers to add value to their accounts by using a credit or debit card via the internet.

The company's proprietary technology will handle the recharge requests, validation of customers’ payments, and crediting customers’ accounts.

“Yoigo has established a strong following in the Spanish mobile market by providing simple, economical services for its customers,” said Lorcan Burke, Vesta’s vice president, European Sales and Marketing.

“The addition of this new, convenient recharge channel will add even more value to their offering.”

Vesta provides prepaid mobile recharge services for operators in Europe, North America and Asia.
