A man and woman who face charges connected to the death of model Katy French have been sent forward for trial next month.

Navan District Court was told today the book of evidence had been served this morning on Kieron Ducie (40) of Lambertstown Manor, Kilmessan, Co Meath and Ann Corcoran (29) of Tolka Road, Clonliffe Road, Dublin 3.

Both accused face the same two charges. The first charge alleges that on a date and time unknown between the  December 1st and 2nd, 2007 at the Statoil service station at Bracetown, Clonee, Co Meath, they conspired with persons not before the court to possess cocaine for the purpose of supply.

The second charge alleges that on the same dates and times at Lambertstown Manor, Kilmessan, they intentionally or recklessly engaged in conduct, namely the supply of cocaine to Ms French and failure to get medical assistance in a timely fashion, which created a substantial risk of death or serious harm.
