A former nun and a homeless man charged with raping a 12 year old girl in a children's home were remanded yesterday in Dublin District Court. The 49 year old former Mother Superior and the 46 year old man are accused of raping the girl in Co Waterford in January, 1990.
The man, who is in custody, and the woman, who is on bail of £800, will appear again on July 9th.
