Maseru - Shooting broke out again yesterday between police and soldiers outside King Letsie III's palace, killing a policeman and trapping hundreds of people inside the royal grounds, police and witnesses said. A police spokesman said it was not clear if the victim was shot by soldiers or by protestors.
