A man was shot in both legs in what the RUC described as a paramilitary-style attack in east Belfast last night. The 26-year-old, who was attacked shortly before 10 p.m. in Portallo Street, a loyalist area, was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital, where his condition was described as satisfactory.
