CONGRATULATIONS go to PR woman Mari O'Leary and husband, In Dublin publisher Mike Hogan, who this week became the proud parents of Michael Junior. Mike had the nerve to describe himself as exhausted after the birth, while Mari, who has a bit more reason to go for the sympathy vote, was admirably stoical about the whole business. Before she leaves hospital today, she looks likely to break the Rotunda's record for the most flowers delivered to a new mother.
