JAKARTA - East Timor's joint Nobel Peace Prize winner, Bishop Carlos Belo, was congratulated on the award by Jakarta appointed Governor Abilio Sonres during a ceremonial Mass for a new priest, according to a churchgoer, Mr Florentino Sarmento, who heads a rural development organisation.
