Ryanair has announced the a new low-cost route from Glasgow-Prestwick to Paris. The new daily jet service will start on November 19th and according to the company will be Glasgow's only non-stop flight to the French capital.
The new daily jet service to Beauvais, a 60-minute drive from the centre of Paris, will cost £39.99 sterling one way and £69.98 return. Ryanair already has daily flights from Prestwick to London-Stansted and Dublin. The company expects to carry almost five million passengers annually on 27 low-cost routes.
