A one-day seminar for senior cycle girls thinking of careers in science, technology or engineering will be held at CIT this Saturday. The Cork rolemodel day will give students a chance to meet women working in technological fields. It has been organised by CIT's Educational Opportunities Centre and Women Into Technology and Science (WITS).
Question-and-answer sessions, talks and workshops will be held throughout the day from 9.30am to about 2.30pm. Tickets cost £3 each.
