Bristol - A single flake of dandruff could soon be enough to trap a burglar, rapist or murderer because of advances in DNA analysis, experts have told a police conference.

The experts believe that within a decade they will even be able to create "genetic efits" using information from a DNA sample to build a picture of a suspect's race, build, eye and hair colour - and even behavioural characteristics.
