Mr Victor Taggert (27), a truck driver with an address in Armagh, was remanded on continuing bail until February 15th when he appeared at Arklow District Court yesterday. He is accused of dangerous driving causing the death of five people at Barndarrig, near Arklow, Co Wicklow, on September 14th last.
