Primate scream:Dublin band Humanzi release their new single Bass Balls today, after spending the past two years in Berlin.

A short Irish tour will accompany the release, which will be followed by an album this autumn.

Religious fervour:Irish independent label Religion Music have signed a deal with BMG Rights Management to handle their publishing interests worldwide. Founder Glenn Herlihy said: "We can now focus more on signing new artists and developing them, knowing our publishing interests are in safe hands."

Jacko wacko:Michael Jackson is said to be angered at being booked to play 50 dates at London's O2 this year. The star allegedly told fans that he had wanted to play 10 shows in London, and the remaining dates in other countries.
