CORRECTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS

The first sentence in yesterday's report on aggravated damages for hepatitis C victims incorrectly said the Government had raised its offer by an estimated £40 million when it should have read that the offer had been raised to an estimated £40 million. The incorrect word was introduced in the editing process.
