Fashion multiple Diesel is to open a store at the Crescent shopping centre in Limerick, bringing to eight the number of its outlets in Ireland.

Diesel will be paying a stepped base rent rising to €170,000 per annum over five years as well as a turnover top-up for the shop which extends to 250sq m (2,691sq ft). Lisa McGrane of Jones Lang LaSalle, who handled the letting with DTZ, said that with traders anxious to increase revenues and expand into proven centres, regional scale centres such as Crescent would continue to benefit most.
