At least 15 Maoist rebels were killed in clashes with security forces in western Nepal today.
Nepalese home ministry officials said the rebels were killed in the Kalikot, Achham and Surkhet districts on last night.
The official claimed arms and ammunition were recovered. Further details are not available.
