Blackrock International Land has bought an industrial building in Dublin for €7.8 million.

Blackrock International Land has bought an industrial building in Dublin for €7.8 million.

The property, situated in Clonshaugh Business and Technology Park, comprises 42,000 square feet on a site of 3.38 acres.

Blackrock, the Fyffes property spin-off, said the property will benefit from active management and is well positioned to generate strong rental returns in the short-term.

Separately, Blackrock International Land said it has now received €20.8 million as net proceeds from the completion of the sale of its 8.82-acre plot in Edinburgh.
