Property company Blackrock International has acquired a portfolio of six office buildings in The Netherlands for €46.5 million.
The offices in The Hague, Nijmegen, Tilburg and Maastricht will generate an annual rent of €2.675 million, giving a net initial yield of 5.75 per cent, the company said.
The purchase takes Blackrock's total investment since its listing in May this year to €142 million and brings its gross property assets to almost €340 million, an increase of more than 70 per cent.
