All Together Now festival: Stage times for performers and day-by-day weather forecast

All Together Now music festival is fast approaching. With its 18 stages across 1,214 hectares (3,000 acres), revellers will be spoilt for choice between musicians, comedians and mindfulness gurus at the three-day festival in Curraghmore Estate in Portlaw, Co Waterford.

We’ve gathered the stage times for most of the music stages this weekend, which are set to be lit up by well-known stars such as Iggy Pop, Lorde, Lankum, DJ Jamie xx, Caribou, Annie Mac, Loyne Carner, Sugababes, Villagers, Pillow Queens and more.

There’s also a wide variety of comedians from Deirdre O’Kane, Tommy Tiernan, Emma Doran, David McSavage, Michael Fry, Killian Sunderman and many more.

What’s the weather forecast?

We have some bad news on that front. The “unseasonal weather” is set to continue over the weekend, so make sure to bring your wellies and rain jackets.

Friday morning will have what is likely to be the best of the weekend weather with sunny spells and just a few showers. However, things will start to go down hill on Friday afternoon when cloud will thicken and outbreaks of rain will develop in the west, extending to all areas in the evening evening. Temperatures are set to be between 16-19 degrees.

According to Met Éireann meteorologist Aoife Kealy, some “really quite unseasonal weather can be expected on Saturday”. A wet and windy start is forecast with the rain in Munster set to gradually clear eastwards through the morning to sunny spells and scattered showers. Saturday morning will also see northwest winds that may be very strong with potentially damaging gusts in the south for a time, but they will gradually ease through the afternoon. Maximum temperatures will be 16-18 degrees.

Sunday will bring a mix of sunshine and showers, according to Met Éireann, with temperatures of 16-20 degrees. It will be mostly dry on Sunday night, but cloud is forecast to thicken in Munster with patchy rain and drizzle developing towards dawn.

The Well Comedy

All Together Now has a wide slate of comedians performing across the weekend. On Saturday, between 1.35pm and 3am there will be back to back comedians at The Well stage culminating in a midnight mass cabaret led by The Wild Geeze. The Well Comedy

On Saturday, from 1.45pm to 3am there will be back to back comedians at The Well stage culminating in a Hoe of Tralee competition featuring a parade, interviews, swimsuit segment, talent segment and the crowning of the winner. The comedians include: Tommy Tiernan, David McSavage, Michael Fry, Killian Sundermann, John Colleary, MC Adam Burke, Karl Spain, Grace Mulvey, Stephen Ryan, Martin Angolo, Shannon Basso Gaule, Enya Martin and Peter McGann. What else is there to see and do?

Like most music festivals, All Together Now’s website has a section advertising the various “experiences” on offer. Festivalgoers will have access not only to the artists on stage, but also spoken word, comedy, theatre, debate, wood-fired saunas and hot tubs, live cooking shows, arcade games, circus shows, craft workshops, sensory play areas for kids, football competitions, face painting and music bingo. The Greencrafts Village, an “eco-conscious crafting hub”, will offer workshops in woodworking, blacksmithing, thatching, jewellery making, fabric, fibre and fresh flower weaving and more.
