Gardaí in Galway are searching for two men who fled the scene of a single-vehicle crash in the Milltown area of the county.
Two other men who were trapped in the back of the vehicle are being treated for minor injuries in Galway's University College Hospital.
Gardaí were monitoring the movements of a Volvo in the Hollymount area of Co Mayo before it crashed in Milltown over the Galway border.
The driver and front seat passenger fled the scene.
