Two people were killed and two others injured in a two car crash in Co Carlow yesterday evening.
The cars collided at around 6 p.m. on the Carlow side of Ballon on the main Carlow to Wexford Road.
A 20-year-old male driver and his female passenger (19) died at the scene. A man and a woman from the other car were taken to St Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny, where their condition was last night described as stable.
