LONDON - The BBC and the Conservative Party were embroiled in a fresh row yesterday as Tory chairman, Dr Brian Mawhinney, protested over the rude treatment he says Mr Kenneth Clarke received from a presenter, Anna Ford, in an interview for the Radio 4 Today programme.
