A third man was in court yesterday on charges linked to a weekend road crash in Belfast which claimed the lives of a woman and her young son.

Mr Seamus Patrick Callaghan (20), of Loughlea, Short Strand, Belfast, was charged with taking a car without the owner's consent and using it without insurance.

He was remanded in custody until Friday. Two other men were remanded in custody on Monday.

About 1,000 people held a candlelight vigil at the scene on the Antrim Road where Ms Dana Fitzpatrick (28) and her son, Kevin Daniel (8), were killed on Saturday night.
