A Dublin man who raped a 10 year old boy has had his sentence hearing fixed for May 13th at the Central Criminal Court. Last October the 20 year old accused man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty before Mr Justice Lavan to committing the offence between January and December 1991. He was remanded on continuing bail.
