GAA:The GAA confirmed the draw for the All-Ireland SFC first round qualifiers will take place on Sunday, June 19th in Carrick on Shannon at the conclusion of the Connacht semi-final.

The first round of qualifiers includes all counties who have not qualified for provincial semi-finals. They are; Down, Antrim, Fermanagh, Monaghan, Cavan/Donegal, Wicklow, Longford, Meath, Carlow/Louth, Wexford/Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Clare, Tipperary, Sligo and London

As it is an open draw there are no restrictions on the potential match-ups.

The first county drawn in each pairing will have home advantage except where a team is drawn away for the second year running, that team(s) will receive home advantage.

In the event of both teams having been drawn away in 2010, there will be a toss for home venue at CCCC the following Monday.

Counties drawn to play away from home in last year’s qualifiers were Antrim, Clare, Donegal, Wicklow, Wexford and Laois.

The Sunday 19th draw will be shown live on RTÉ2 at approximately 6pm with venues and times for the eight games to be made available the following day.
