IONIA, Michigan - A judge declared a mistrial yesterday in euthanasia rights advocate Dr Jack Kevorkian's fourth assisted suicide trial, saying an opening statement by Dr Kevorkian's attorney was too inflammatory.

Dr Kevorkian, a former pathologist dubbed "Doctor Death", was being tried for his role in the suicide death of multiple sclerosis victim Loretta Peabody last August.
