A man drowned last after he got into difficulty while swimming in a Co Tyrone lake.

A man drowned last after he got into difficulty while swimming in a Co Tyrone lake.

The PSNI, Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service and Water Rescue took part in the search at Crieve Loch in Dungannon after the alarm was raised at 7.30pm.

The body was pulled from the water more than two hours later. A PSNI spokesman said: "Initial inquiries suggest there were no suspicious circumstances."
