A man has been charged in Belfast Magistrate’s Court with riotous behaviour at the Limestone Road inferface in the north of the city yesterday.

Mr Martin McNally (41), who lives on the Limestone Road, denied the charge and was remanded in custody this morning.

Defence solicitor Mr Sean McCann told the court his client was totally opposed to the behaviour of rival factions in the area.
