Two men for court over Kildare drugs find

Cannabis plants worth an estimated €164,000 found during planned search

Two men will appear in court tomorrow morning charged in connection with a drugs seizure in County Kildare last night.

The men, aged 27 and 29, were arrested after cannabis plants worth an estimated €164,000 were found during a house search at Suncroft, The Curragh, County Kildare.

The search was conducted as part of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Kildare area.

Both males are due to appear before a special sitting of Naas District Court tomorrow at 9.30am.
