JUDGMENT in a case being taken against the Adoption Board by a number of Irish couples who want to adopt abandoned Chinese babies is expected to be given on April 12th.
Justice Flood said he would do his best to conclude his judgment in the High Court within the next 10 days and give it in the vacation sitting of the court in Easter Week.
