With the economy pushing hard to progress on the road to recovery, the National Recruitment Federation is working on delivering an inspiring line-up of speakers at its annual conference next month.

Sponsored by business network LinkedIn and taking the theme “The Way to Work”, the conference will be held in Dublin’s Citywest Hotel on April 25th.

Speakers will include Minister for Social Protection Joan Burton.

Among the industry speakers are renowned British sales trainer Mike Southon – author of Sales on a Beermat – and organisational psychologist Clare Mulligan, a specialist in workplace trends with a focus on generational differences and their impact on the new workforce.

Founded in 1971, the federation is responsible for maintaining standards and codes of practice in the recruitment industry. It represents more than 125 recruitment agencies across the State.
