DIGEST:Connacht outhalf Paul Warwick is to join Munster at the end of the season. The 26-year-old will be Ronan O'Gara's understudy next season after agreeing terms with Declan Kidney's men.

Warwick has made 65 appearances for Connacht since joining from Manly in 2004 on a one-year deal. His haul of 97 points made him the top scorer in the European Challenge Cup in his first season and led to a two-year contract extension.

A former Australian Under-21, his appearances for the Aussie Sevens side, which he captained, have ruled him ineligible to play for Ireland.Tim Nielsen will succeed John Buchanan as Australia coach, Cricket Australia have announced. Nielsen, who spent three years working as an assistant to Buchanan, will take over the job when Buchanan stands down following the World Cup in the West Indies, which starts next month.

Nielsen (38), is a former first-class wicketkeeper-batsman who had spent the past two years working as head coach of CA's Centre of Excellence in Brisbane.
