HAVING pulled out of the Irish/Australian jockeys challenge so he could concentrate on his riding at home, Tommy Treacy was rewarded with two winners at Sligo "last night.

Tabu Lady gave the jockey his first success since returning from an eight day suspension when taking the Templeboy Handicap Hurdle in no more than a canter.

Tom McCourt, also among the winners at Fairyhouse, sent out Love Heart to win the Club Orange Handicap, completing a mixed double for young Treacy.

An eight year old maiden until last month, Blacktrench Lady added to her Ballinrobe success when trouncing the opposition in the AIB Handicap, winning easily for Ger McArdle and 20 year old Declan Quirke, apprenticed to Jim Bolger.

Omar, the 9 to 10 favourite, took the Leguard Qualified Riders Flat Race in similar style, drawing clear early in the straight to beat the McArdle trained Star Club by eight lengths. Michael Halford will now bring the winner to Tralee for either the Carling Gold Cup or the Haversnack Race.
