Arsenal, City and Spurs all beaten

The unpredictable nature of the bonkers 2015/16 Premier League season continued last night with all three of Leicester City’s title rivals beaten - meaning Claudio Ranieri’s side retain their three point lead.

Tottenham Hotspur missed the chance to go top as they were beaten 1-0 away at bitter rivals West Ham after Michail Antonio scored in the seventh minute. Meanwhile Arsenal's meltdown continued with Swansea City taking a huge step towards survival at the Emirates by winning 2-1.

Liverpool exacted a small dose of revenge after their League Cup final defeat on penalties by beating Manchester City 3-0 at Anfield. Neighbours Manchester United are now level on points with City in fourth spot after beating Watford 1-0 at home thanks to a stunning late Juan Mata free-kick. Elsewhere, Stoke City beat Newcastle 1-0.
