LADBROKES have taken a £10,000 each way cash bet on Entrepreneur at 7 to 1 for the Vodafone Derby from a customer in Chorley, Lancashire. Ladbrokes have since shortened the Michael Stoute trained colt to 6-1.
They have also seen strong money for the horse in the Pertemps 2000 Guineas and have cut the colt to 8 to 1 joint third favourite from 12 to 1.
"Entrepreneur has been the biggest buzz horse in the Derby betting for a long time, and today we have also seen very significant for him for the Guineas. People seem to be taking the victory of Desert Story as a very encouraging sign," explained spokesman Ian Wassell.
