St. Patrick's Athletic maintained their 100 per cent record at the top of the eircom Premier Division with a 3-0 win over Bray Wanderers at the Carlisle Grounds this evening.

The Inchicore side went ahead in the 24th minute thanks to defender Stephen Paisley before a second-half Mark Quigley brace secured the three points to leave them two ahead of Derry, who beat defending champions Drogheda United 2-0 at the Brandywell.

A Joe Kendrick own-goal gave the Derry the advantage in the 52nd minute before a Marc Farren penalty two minutes later sent the Candystripes into second place.

Owen Heary, Jason Byrne and Glen Crowe were on target for Bohemians at Dalymount Park to send the Gypsies ahead opponents Finn Harps and into third.
