Defending champions Bohemians have been given a home quarter-final in the Ford FAI Cup after they were drawn against Sligo Rovers.
It’s a repeat of the 1983 decider, when Sligo claimed a 2-1 victory to win the first of their two titles.
Going for a 25th title, Shamrock Rovers will return to one of their former homes at Morton Stadium to take on Sporting Fingal, while Cup specialists Longford Town are at home to Bray Wanderers.
Waterford United are drawn at home but must wait on the replay of St Patrick’s Athletic and Monaghan United at Richmond Park to find out their opponents.
The ties are to be played on September 11th, 12th or 13th.
