The other all Premier Division clash sees UCD play host to Derry City, while Shelbourne face an intriguing Dublin derby against Cherry Orchard at Tolka Park.
Waterford United have been drawn at home to Mervue United, while Malahide United will welcome Dundalk to Gannon Park.
Bohemians are drawn at home to Cork side Avondale United, while Drogheda play host Wexford Youths.
