FAI Cup Round-Up:Dundalk and Bohemians have it all to do again next Tuesday after both sides failed to break each other down during tonight's FAI Cup fourth round fixture at Oriel Park.

It wasn't for the want of trying or application that this encounter still finished 0-0 for there was plenty of effort from both sides.

Dundalk, however, were forced to hold on to the draw in the closing stages after Shaun Kelly was sent off for his second bookable offence with 13 minutes remaining.

Bohs has a chance to steal it at the death when Jason Byrne shot from close range, only to be denied by peter Cherrie in the Dundalk goal.

St Patrick's Athletic and Monaghan United will also have to do it all again for neither side could find the net at Kingspan Century Park.

Monaghan's Aaron McCarey must take plenty of credit for his clean sheet as he made decisive save from Mark Quigley and Damien Lynch.

Monaghan had their own chances through Paul Whelan and Karl Bermingham but the Saints keeper Gary Rogers was up to the task.

Longford Town left Terryland Park the brighter of the two sides as they defeated Galway United 1-0 courtesy of a late Liam Lynch goal.

The win was against the run of play for Longford were reduced to 10 men after just 23 minutes when Neal McKenna and had to soak up plenty of Galway pressure.

Lynch got in for the decisive goal on 83 minutes when most of the action was at the other end where Longford keeper Danny O'Leary was in superb form.

Galway substitute Dave Cooke was sent-off in the dying seconds as Longford held on for the win.

Bray Wanderers booked their place in the last eight with a comfortable 2-0 home win over minnows Tralee Dynamos at the Carlisle Grounds.

Both goals came in the first period with John Flood getting in for the opportune first goal after 31 minutes. Dane Massey's attempt was parried by Tralee goalkeeper before Flood seized the initiative.

Dave Webster secured the result with his first senior goal from a free kick on the edge of the box at the end of the first half.

From there Bray never looked back against the non-league side.

Sporting Fingal were convincing 4-1 winners over Athlone Town at Morton Stadium. Gary O'Neill opened the scoring with a wonderful 30 yard strike after just 11 minutes.

Conan Byrne added a second just before the break when his free kick deflected of the wall and past Alex O'Reilly. Byrne got his second of the night after 57 minutes before Noel McGee pulled one back for Athlone from the penalty spot with 12 minutes on the clock.

Robert Bayly put the icing on the cake with Fingal's fourth two minutes from time.

Waterford United and Crumlin United have it all to do again as neither side could be separated at the RSC. Crumlin will be the more frustrated that they didn't convert their chances.

The best chances were wasted by Danny Loughran and Stephen Larkin. To compound the frustration Crumlin finished the game with 10 men after Derek Griffin was sent off three minutes from time.
