Lions trio to start for Leinster

Team News:Three of Leinster's Lions, Brian O'Driscoll, Luke Fitzgerald and Jamie Heaslip, have been named in the starting line-up ahead of tomorrow night's Magners League clash with Glasgow at the RDS (7.35pm).

Fitzgerald takes his place on the left wing, while Gordon D'Arcy will partner O'Driscoll at centre. Rob Kearney, the fourth Lions member from the province, was not considered due to injury.

In the pack, Devin Toner starts at secondrow and will line up alongside Malcolm O'Kelly. Rocky Elsom joins Heaslip in a backrow which also includes Shane Jennings, who will captain the side.

Leo Cullen is named on a strong replacements bench that includes Shane Horgan and Jonathan Sexton.

Michael Bradley has also named his starting XV for Connacht’s away fixture against the Dragons at Rodney Parade on Sunday (5pm).

The side shows three changes and one positional switch after Ray Ofisa and Keith Matthews both overcome injuries which kept them out of last week’s game against Munster.

Ofisa will start at number eight and Matthews will take his place at inside centre. Brian McGovern starts at tighthead prop with Michael Swift partnering Andrew Farley in the secondrow, as Andrew Browne reverts to blindside flanker.

Gavin Duffy takes over the captaincy in the absence of John Muldoon for the fourth time this season.
