Keith Earls starts among five changes for Munster

The winger has recovered from a concussion suffered in win over Edinburgh

Keith Earls has been cleared to start against Treviso in Munster's European Champions Cup opening match tomorrow.

Fresh from Ireland’s Rugby World Cup campaign Earls suffered a concussion in the dramatic Pro12 win over Edinburgh but has completed all protocols and is clear to return to play.

Anthony Foley has made five changes to his starting 15 for tomorrow’s 5.15 kick-off in Limerick.

BJ Botha returns to the front row as does Mike Sherry, who is set for his first European action in over two years.

Mark Chisholm comes into the second row, while Denis Hurley and Andrew Conway are named in the backs.

CJ Stander will captain the province for the first time at European level.
