Rovigo 20-35 Connacht: Connacht kept alive their hopes of securing a quarter-final place with a hard-fought bonus point win away to Rovigo in today's European Challenge Cup fixture in Italy.

Scrum-half Frank Murphy crossed the line for the crucial fourth try with three minutes remaining. It was his second touchdown having extended Connacht's 21-6 interval lead eight minutes after the restart.

The western province got off to a perfect start when hooker Sean Cronin crossed the line inside the first minute after Andrew Farley charged down a Rovigo clearance.
