Ieuan Evans, Wales' leading try scorer and most-capped player, and Kevin Morgan have been left out of the 36-strong squad announced by coach Kevin Bowring for next month's internationals against Tonga and New Zealand.
Both Scott and Craig Quinnell are back in favour, though, for the games on November 16th and 29th, after at one time being threatened with losing their Wales places if they put their club, Richmond, before their country.
Evans, who recently moved from Llanelli to Bath in a £75,000 deal, is ruled out because of injury.
