On 25 minutes Enniscorthy winger Bill Walsh crossed the line and Ronan Lamb landed the conversion for a half-time score of 12-0.
Enniscorthy, growing in confidence, grabbed their third try after an upfield kick had put St Mary's on the back foot.
The Enniscorthy pack gained possession and hooker Tom Quiqley scored in the corner with Lamb landing the conversion from the sideline.
