Who'd be a Chester City fan, eh? Not only are they lying second from bottom of the English third division, one point ahead of Carlisle, and not only are they still recovering from a 7-1 home defeat by Brighton but they've also got a chairman who believes such a lowly league position is actually quite a good thing. Cue Terry Smith: "We have the rest of the division where we want them because we are the only team who knows exactly what we have to do." Eh?
