One shot experts

Tom Shanahan had double cause for celebrations on St Patrick's Day. The Honorary Secretary of Sutton Golf Club led the qualifiers in the St Patrick's Cup and also holed his tee shot at the 15th on his way to a nett 61. Tom's feat was matched by former International Michael Hanway, when he holed out his tee shot at the same hole, in Saturday's Holmpatrick Cup. Hazel Roy from Woodenbridge was also among the aces last week. Hazel holed out her tee shot at the 17th during the Captains Drive-In Mixed competition.
