Bohemians - 2 Dublin City - 4: Gary O'Neill inspired Dublin City to overturn a two-goal lead to shatter Bohemians' title chances at Dalymount Park last night. Bohemians were down to 10 men following a red card for Damien Lynch on the half hour.

The hosts raced into the lead through Glen Crowe's double, thanks in no small way to City goalkeeper Brendan Kennedy. Defenders Pierre Ennis and Keith Foy hardly helped their goalkeeper. Ennis collided with Kennedy for the opener and Foy left a cross to his goalkeeper instead of heading clear.

However, little did Crowe know the charity would be returned at the other end. O'Neill began the unexpected comeback when his volley on the half hour rebounded off the upright into the path of Killian Brennan. Damien Lynch tugged him back as he was about to tap home. Lynch was red-carded and Foy converted.

Brennan and O'Neill combined to complete the comeback before the break, both getting the goal their play had deserved.

Brennan volleyed home smartly after the half hour, and O'Neill, four minutes before the break, got onto the end of a great ball from Cathal O'Connor to slam past Kelly.

Substitute Philly Hughes's breakaway goal on the final whistle sealed victory and triggered chants of "Kenny out" from the home fans.
