Name and shame

How often have we heard sob stories about players who forget to put their handicap on the card or do a great score and in their excitement fail to sign as required. Ashbourne have adopted a "name and shame" policy which should discourage any members from making the same mistake twice. The club's result sheet features a table of disqualifications and reasons so that all transgressors are brought to the attention of the whole club. If the disappointment doesn't make you more cautious next time, maybe the slagging will!
