Johnny Murtagh will be hoping to continue his recent hot streak for Aidan O'Brien when Belgrave Square attempts to lose his maiden tag in the Group Three Iveco Solario Stakes at Sandown this afternoon.

The Ballydoyle colt is Murtagh's sole ride on the card and the Irish jockey will be hoping to go one better than at Goodwood when Belgrave Square found Latin Lad a neck too good.

Belgrave Square faces nine opponents that include the unbeaten Raven's Pass, a five-length Ascot winner for the John Gosden-Jimmy Fortune team on his last start.

The Ballydoyle number one Kieren Fallon will be at Down Royal today for the ride on Consulate for David Wachman in the €15,000 feature but with the ground getting better it looks a better opportunity for Temlett.

Willie Mullins's three-year-old won the Ulster Derby here during the summer and Temlett will appreciate these conditions more than the stuff he encountered at Leopardstown on his last start.

Ruby Walsh can kick off the Kilbeggan card with a success on the double bumper winner Uncle Junior and Superood could be the value in the handicap chase.
